SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Wild Creek Graphics makes every reasonable effort to produce and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible and to ensure products are appropriately packaged for delivery.
PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
Many Wild Creek products are produced in-house.
Production timeframes are estimates unless a specific timeframe has been agreed in writing.
Unexpected delays may occur due to equipment failure, power outages, staff illness or injury, supplier shortages, emergency events, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant production delay affects your order we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and discuss the available options.
If you require an order by a specific date please contact us before ordering or as early as possible. We will advise whether the requested timeframe can reasonably be accommodated.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Australian orders are generally shipped using Australia Post. We may also use other courier or freight providers where appropriate.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the service selected and carrier conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee a carrier's delivery timeframe.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will assist with tracking or enquiries where reasonably possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.
International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import charges or other government fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wild Creek Graphics is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions or seizure by authorities where those matters arise from the destination country's laws or import requirements.
International shipping charges may require a customised quotation where they are not calculated at checkout.
Any product advertised as including postage applies to Australian delivery only unless expressly stated otherwise.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Postal, courier and freight services may experience delays or disruptions outside the control of Wild Creek Graphics.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by carriers, customs, weather, emergencies or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Additional postage or handling charges may apply where an order is returned or requires redelivery because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied.
DIGITAL FILES
Some services may be delivered electronically rather than as a physical product.
Digital files may be supplied by email, download link, file transfer service or another agreed delivery method.
Customers are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and any data costs associated with receiving or downloading digital files.
Once completed digital files have been supplied Wild Creek Graphics does not guarantee indefinite archival storage or future replacement of those files.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies and backups following delivery.
