Shipping policy
We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your product as quickly as possible and in good condition.
Please note that as we print our products in-house, unexpected delays may occur (due to, but not limited to, extended power outages, personal injury or sickness to staff, equipment breakdowns, bushfire emergencies).
If there are any issues with delivering your order in a timely manner, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
If you require your product by a set date, please contact us on our contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Domestic orders
Shipping is usually via Australia Post thought from time to time we may use a courier service (such as ‘Pack Send’). Shipping times will vary according to your location. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us on our contact page so we can endeavor to assist you.
International shipping
Please note that international orders are at your own risk and we cannot be responsible for what happens at customs. This includes any importation tariffs or seized packages. It is your responsibility to ensure your order will be able to clear customs in your country.
COVID-19
Shipping prices displayed on our website are for Australian customers- all international orders require customised postage quote. When a product is listed as 'Postage Included' this only apply to customers within Australia.
Please note: all postage and courier services (domestic and international) are experiencing service delays and interruptions to due to COVID-19. Wild Creek Graphics is not responsible for such delays.
Digital Files
Some services will be conveyed to you as a ‘digital file’ (rather than a physical product), as outlined in the product description. These may be sent via email or via an alternative method (inducing, but not limited to, WeTransfer.com). You are responsible for any data costs (i.e. mobile data or internet data) involved with downloading files onto your platform. You use the internet at your own risk.
If our services are provided as digital files- once they have been received by yourself we do not guarantee to store your files for future resending if they are lost or corrupted in your care.
