Wild Creek Graphics® is an independent Australian creative, documentary, and publishing studio. All audiovisual, photographic, written, illustrated, and recorded materials produced and released by Wild Creek are original intellectual property works.
We take the protection of our material seriously.
All audiovisual and photographic material captured and published by Wild Creek Graphics® is protected under copyright © 2026 Wild Creek Graphics®. No part of this material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, broadcast, embedded, archived, scraped, transcribed, quoted, adapted, or otherwise used in any form without prior written authorisation from Wild Creek Graphics®.
This restriction applies to all individuals, organisations, publishers, broadcasters, digital platforms, and media agencies without exception.

PERMIT PROTECTED MATERIAL

Some Wild Creek materials are captured, recorded, or produced under formal State and Commonwealth permits, approvals, and access authorities.
These permits impose additional legal obligations, usage restrictions, and compliance conditions.
Unauthorised use of such material may not only constitute copyright infringement, but may also represent a breach of government permit conditions, statutory access agreements, or regulatory approvals.
In such cases, unauthorised users may be exposed to external legal action by relevant authorities or third parties in addition to any action taken by Wild Creek Graphics®.

MEDIA AND PUBLISHER NOTICE

If you are a journalist, editor, producer, content writer, publisher, or media organisation, you are hereby formally notified that Wild Creek Graphics® does not grant implied permission for the use of its materials.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Screenshots from video content

• Extracted quotes or paraphrased accounts from interviews

• Still frames, thumbnails, or cropped imagery

• Embedded video players

• Audio excerpts

• Written transcripts

• Story reconstruction based on our original recordings

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of our material may be referred directly to our legal representatives without further notice.
Claims may include, but are not limited to:

OUR POSITION

Wild Creek invests significant time, resources, travel, operational access, and personal trust into the creation of its material.
Our work is not public domain, not stock media, and not a free resource for content harvesting.
If you did not create it, license it, or receive written permission to use it, you do not have the right to publish it.
Unauthorised use of our material may result in reputational damage or financial loss, and Wild Creek Graphics® will seek full compensation through legal action where applicable.
