Refund policy
Please contact us on our contact page prior to returning any products so that we can clarify the nature and validity of the refund or return claim.

Products must be returned within 14 business days following purchase.

Products (including all vinyl stickers, decals, wraps, etc.) cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality concern.

Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.

Products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection or failure to have fully understood product description.

No returns of refunds will be granted if you fail to install your sticker/decal/wrap/product correctly. It is your responsibility to correctly install your product. Wild Creek Graphics takes no responsibility for the use of your product once it has left our store.

Wild Creek Graphics recommends engaging a professional installer to install your vinyl product.

Land and marine vehicle wraps require professional installation.

We highly recommend professional installation for all wallpapers and large format stickers/vinyl products.

You only have one opportunity to correctly install your product. Be sure to fully prepare and seek professional advice before attempting install. Installation/application of our products is at your own risk and no refund will be granted for your failure to do so correctly.

We may provide ‘goodwill advice’ (including, but not limited to, instructional guides listed on this website and verbal or written communication by ourselves) on how we suggest products we installed/applied/utilised. Important- this advice is indented as a suggestion and does not take into account all aspects of your unique situation. This advice does not replace on-site professional installation assistance.
We take no responsibly for copyright, terms of use breaches, or any other infringements or complaints resulting from stickers we produce on your request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Design/Art Commission Refund Policy
Due to the subjective nature of artistic services, engaging the services of any of our staff for the purpose of any design work (including, but not limited to, graphic design work, logo creation, art pieces) is at your own risk.
We provide all our services in ‘goodwill’ and apply our own style & artistic ability. Please see our previous work to aid in deciding if our artistic style suits your needs.
Our work may not meet your expectations. If this occurs, please notify us immediately. At this stage we will cease working on the commission, however we will charge for our time already expended on your project. Alternately, we will endeavor to make requested changes to your project at an additional cost (additional costs will be outlined to you).
Wild Creek Graphics takes no responsibility for loss suffered due to delays in providing services. Wild Creek Graphics takes no responsibility for any perceived negative impacts that our work has on your brand, services are to be used at your own discretion.
International Orders
No returns or refunds can be given for international orders (USA, UK, Europe) that have been shipped.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of us approving your refund, please email us on our contact page to rectify.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wild Creek Graphics, PO BOX 126, MUNDARING, WA, 6073
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
